A japandi-designed ground-floor apartment with its own street entry.
Ground-floor one-bedroom in a quiet Zetland block, with private street access (no lobby, no lift, no waiting). The interior was put together in a japandi palette: warm timber, soft neutrals, considered furniture, very little visual noise. It feels twice the size it is.
Queen bedroom, full kitchen, modern bathroom, and a dedicated workspace by the front window for the days you actually have to log on. Internal laundry. Air conditioning. The kind of one-bedroom that suits a single person in town for a longer stay, or a couple who wants a base they can actually relax in.
Walking distance to East Village shopping, Sydney Park, and the cafes along Joynton Avenue. Green Square Metro is a flat seven minutes; the CBD is ten by Uber off-peak.
