Sub-penthouse two-bedroom in one of St Leonards' newer towers. The defining moment is the wintergarden, a glassed-in living-room extension with the entire CBD skyline as the view. On New Year's Eve it's the best seat in the house for the harbour fireworks.
Two bedrooms (master with ensuite), two full bathrooms, designer kitchen, internal laundry, secure parking. The building has a rooftop infinity pool, gym, and concierge, and the address is two minutes from St Leonards Metro.
Walking distance to Crows Nest's cafes and dinner spots. Hospital district at the doorstep. Twenty-five minutes to the CBD via metro, or twelve by cab when you're not in a rush.
What we love about this place
- The view is the obvious draw, but the real gift is the wintergarden
- You sit there in the morning with coffee and the whole city is laid out in front of you
- We don't think there's a better one in St Leonards
