Two-level Rozelle terrace, freshly refurbished. Open-plan ground floor with a proper kitchen and dining for four, queen bedroom upstairs, plus a sofa bed downstairs that two people can comfortably sleep on. One bathroom (with bathtub), washer in the unit.
The view back over the CBD is unexpected for the price point, you can see the city across the bay, and on Saturday nights you get the Cockatoo Island fireworks from the balcony.
Walking distance to Bay Run, Rozelle's restaurants and pubs, the Saturday markets at Rozelle School. Buses to the CBD in twenty minutes; metro at White Bay in 2027.
