Inside: open-plan living, modern kitchen, two real bedrooms, one full bathroom, fireplace for winter. Internet and a Smart TV, but you won't use them. The kind of place where you arrive on a Friday and don't leave the property until Sunday.
Forty-five minutes from the Sydney CBD, fifteen from Hornsby. The local restaurant (Berowra Waters Inn) is a ferry ride or a short drive. Stock up at Hornsby Westfield on the way in.
