Recently refurbished one-bedroom in a small Annandale block. The defining feature is the private balcony with a clean line of sight to the Sydney skyline. At dusk it's the sort of view that makes you cancel dinner plans and order something in.
Inside: queen bed in the bedroom, sofa bed for a third guest, full kitchen, modern bathroom, washer in the unit. Designed for either a couple wanting a quiet inner-west base, or one person plus a friend visiting town.
Eight minutes' walk to Annandale's strip of cafes and pubs. Twelve minutes to Glebe. Light rail and buses to the CBD in fifteen.
